A filings pipeline, run by the people who use it.
FilingWire turns SEC EDGAR documents into records you can query, with a link back to the filing on every row. It is operated from Quebec, Canada.
Filings are public. Using them is not easy.
EDGAR publishes everything and structures almost none of it. A Form D is XML with no index by industry. An 8-K is a header full of item codes attached to prose. Anyone who wants to watch either at scale ends up writing the same pipeline.
We wrote it once and sell access to the output. The differentiator is not the parsing: it is that every record keeps its accession number, so any claim can be checked against the document in one click.
What has been ingested, and since when.
One address, answered by a person.
Technical questions, coverage gaps, a record that looks wrong, volume pricing, or a request we have not thought of. We would rather hear about a bad record than have you quietly work around it.
